We left Covina for San Marcos and the Bridgewater family. They are former neighbors that moved to CA several years ago. We got to see their “new” house – the kids let us tour their rooms, too! We really liked the Japanese curry Ikue served us!
On our way north to Desert Hot Springs we stopped for church. The Sunday School class was on Esther and we finished the book. Heather was asked to play the piano for Sunday School. The singing (accompanied by 2 grand pianos! and a saxophone) in the main service was wonderful and we were so uplifted!
From there we headed to the Dickasons, friends from WA who live in CA ½ year. The skies are so colorful; the weather is so pleasant; we are so blessed!
The pond at Dickason's boasts a single black swan!
