Crystal and Ellie joined us for a fun weekend. We put a 550 piece puzzle together. The park has a swing set, trampoline-type jumping area, a mine for minerals, and other fun things for kids. Roger lit a fire in the pit for the evening and we had hot dogs and marshmallows.
Sunday we drove to a large church, Berean Baptist Church. The Sunday school class was on Hebrews 11 – identifying all those who are just mentioned by event, not name. The service was very different – pastor left the pulpit and walked among the congregation, asking for answers to questions. He spoke on John 6:22-34. Jesus said, “Believe”. The music was enjoyable.
After a chef salad lunch, Crystal and Ellie left for home. Roger vacuumed the R.V. and I prepared my teaching lesson.
