Today, Thursday, is our first full day visiting our friends Kevin and Brie in New Mexico.
This morning we went on a ride-along with Kevin to deliver a used deep freezer to a needy family. He also picked up a dump trailer from a friend so he could haul some gravel back to their property. The trip back was a little slower while hauling 6 tons of gravel.
Before picking up the gravel we stopped by the transmission shop to get a status update on the RV repair. We now know for certain that the RV won't be finished until Monday. Of course, this means adjusting our schedule of planned visits.
We joined Kevin and Brei and their sons for lunch.

We can only stay in Fruitland Cottage until Saturday morning because it was previously reserved. However, we will be able to "camp out" in our RV while it sits on jacks in front of the shop. It will be fun!
